Through her work, Dr. White has impacted more than 10,000 socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs across the globe, providing them with the tools and insights needed to drive economic mobility for themselves, their families and their communities. She is the founder of Concept Creative Group, a firm that is mission-driven to advance wealth education across all sectors by leveraging the revolutionary Dynastic Wealth® framework.

Growing up in Miami's Liberty City provided a foundational understanding of community resilience. Her time at Florida A&M University’s prestigious School of Business and Industry allowed her to evaluate her own inner strength and begin honing the skills that would define her future path.
Analysis & Retraining
An MBA-level internship sparked an analysis of her innate entrepreneurial skillset. However, it was a transformative 13,000-mile journey to Bali, Indonesia, that truly retrained her perspective, clarifying her purpose: to guide minority entrepreneurs past their fears to launch and scale their ventures, and ultimately creating a legacy beyond any limits that had been imposed on them.
Academic Rigor & Framework Development
Driven by her graduate studies at Antioch University’s Graduate School of Leadership and Change, Dr. White delved deep into the intergenerational wealth transfer strategies perpetuating the wealth gap. This doctoral research became the bedrock for her evidence-based entrepreneurship training model, meticulously designed to incorporate the ancestral narratives and lived experiences of historically excluded entrepreneurs through an essential lens of equity and phenomenology.
